「瓶ヶ森登山＆ｱｻﾋﾋﾞｰﾙ見学」参加者募集！！

 

 

外国人のかたに石鎚山系の魅力を紹介すると共に、登山を通じて交流を図ること目的に実施しています。

瓶が森、アサヒ両方またはどちらか一方だけの参加も可です。

瓶が森は石鎚山系の一つ。1時間半程度で登れるハイキングコースで頂上からの眺めは絶景です。車で瓶が森の駐車場まで行き、そこから登ります。

 

◆実施日：2017年8月26日（土）7:40  西条市観光交流センター前集合、16:30 ｱｻﾋにて解散

◆募集人数：20名　　　　　　　　　（外国人、エリス会員と家族友人、西条国際交流協会員含む）

◆参加費：500円（保険等）

◆募集期限：8月20日（日）まで　　　（8月19日いもたき参加者にも勧誘促進）　　　　　　　

◆準備物：トレッキングのできる靴・服装、弁当、飲物、雨具(ﾚｲﾝｽｰﾂ)、虫よけ、行動食等

◆雨天中止の連絡：24日（木）の夕方の天気予報で判断し、中止の連絡を参加者にします。

行事実施日の前夜に、遠方からの外国人のホームステイを受け入れて戴けるホストファミリー、

当日登山口まで車を出せる方はご連絡をお願い致します。外国人との交流の良い機会になります。

※　運転には林道上の落石に注意（特に離合時）し、パンクや車体への損傷なきよう慎重な運転を。

 

当日の概略スケジュール(2017.8.26)

7:40  西条観光交流センター前集合（エリス会員、国際交流協会会員）

8:00　西条観光交流センター前集合（外国人：下り7:53 上り7:58 ）

8:10  西条観光交流センター発

10:00 瓶ヶ森駐車場より登山開始（寒風山登山口にてトイレ休憩）

11:30- 瓶ヶ森女山頂上、昼食

12:00 下山開始

13:10 瓶ヶ森駐車場発

14:50 ｱｻﾋﾋﾞｰﾙ着

15:00 ｱｻﾋﾋﾞｰﾙ見学ﾂｱｰ

16:30-17:00 解散後外国人を駅などに送る

◆Max Participants：20 people           (Non-Japanese residents, ELIS members and their friends/family, SIEA members welcome)

◆Cost: 500 yen (Insurance)

◆Application Period: By August 20 (Sunday)     (We will also extend the invitation to participants in our Imotaki event on August 19)

◆Items to Bring: Shoes/clothes for trekking, lunch, drinks, rainwear, bug spray, snacks etc.

◆Notice in case of rain: Decision will be made on the evening of August 24 (Thursday), and ELIS will contact you with news of cancellation ◆Application Contact: (email) Hiroyuki Kondo jintenghaoxing@yahoo.co.jp  (If you have any non-Japanese friends, please extend the invitation to them!) If you live farther away from Saijo and wish to enjoy a home-stay over the previous night in Saijo, we can arrange a host family for you.

Please let us know if you will meet us at the mountain trail entrance on the day of the event. We expect this event to be a great opportunity for exchange with the non-Japanese community.

※　Be careful of falling rocks during the drive (especially on bends) Please drive carefully to avoid punctures and any damage to the body of your vehicle.

 

Detailed Schedule of the Event (2017.8.26)

7:40            Meet at Saijo Tourist Information Center (ELIS members, SIEA members)

8:00            Meet at Saijo Tourist Information Center (Non-Japanese participants 7:53 train         arrival (toward Matsuyama), 7:58 train arrival (toward Takamatsu))

8:10            Departure from Saijo Tourist Information Center

10:00   Arrival at Mt. Kamegamori parking lot and trailhead (Toilet break at the Mt.                    Kanpuzan trailhead)

11:30~  Arrival at Mt. Kamegamori Jozan Peak, eat lunch

12:00   Start descent　

13:10   Arrival at Mt. Kamegamori parking lot

14:50   Arrival at Asahi Brewery

15:00   Tour of Asahi Brewery

16:30-17:00     End of the event, drive non-Japanese participants to the train station
